1. Process Server (Jarikarak)

No of posts: 01 Post

Scale of Pay: Rs, 14,000 to 70,000 + G.P. Rs, 5,200/-(PB-2)

Required Eligibility: Minimum educational qualification of HSLC Passed,

2. Peon

No of posts: 01 Post

Scale of Pay: Rs. 12,000 to 52,000 + G,P, Rs, 3,900/-(PB-1)

Educational Qualification: Minimum class Vlll passed, Those who have passed Xll or above shall not be eligible to apply

Age Limit(For Both Posts): Candidates must not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age as on date of application. The age relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/SI/OBC and specially abled persons will be as per Govt norms.

Eligible candidates will have to apply in Standard Form of Application (Published in the Gazette Part lX of Govt, of Assam ) and must submit to ,,The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bajali, Pathsala, District Judicial Court Complex, Madan Rauta Nagar, Pathsala -781325“.The last date of receipt of application is 21-10-2024 till 4.00 PM. The applications can be submitted through Ordinary /Speed/ Registered Post or by directly to the office

Envelope containing the application separately for each posts should indicate the name of the post applied for in the block letters as ” APPLICATION For THE Post of Process SERVER” and ‘ Application for the post of Peon.”

The application must be accompanied with the following :-

• Three recent coloured passport size photograph with signature on the reverse side,
• Self attested copies of testimonials in support of his/her AGE,CASTE, EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION etc.
• Mobile Nos. must be written on the top of the Standard Form.
