Educational Qualification:
For Engineering Disciplines: B. Tech./BE/Equivalent degree [General/EWS/OBC(NCL) >=65% marks SC/ST/PwBD >=55% marks].
For Marketing Officer: Masters in Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (equivalent to MBA as per AIU) with specialization in Marketing Management (General/EWS/ OBC(NCL) >=60% marks SC/ST/PwBD>=55% marks).
For Law Officer:
- Graduate Degree in any discipline AND Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) OR 5 years Integrated LLB Degree
- Candidate should have secured the following minimum percentage of Marks in respective degrees as mentioned below:
2. Assistant Quality Control Officer in Grade ‘A0’ (Chemistry)

Scale of Pay: Scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000/- CTC approx ₹14.8 Lakhs

3. Diploma Engineer in Grade ‘E0’

Scale of Pay: Scale of ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000/- CTC approx ₹11.1 Lakhs
Educational Qualification: Diploma (3 years) in Engineering (General/EWS/OBC(NCL) >=65% marks SC/ST>=55% marks)
Age Limit for IOCL Recruitment
Age: The age of candidate belonging to the General/EWS category should not be more than the permissible age limit indicated below as on 01st July 2026 :

Selection Process for IOCL Recruitment 2026
The selection process shall comprise of following components:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Group Discussion (GD) and Group Task (GT)
- Personal Interview (PI)
Computer Based Test (CBT)
The Computer Based Test (CBT) shall consist of 100 objective Multiple-Choice type questions. Each question shall carry one mark. 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer to questions. The order of sections will be fixed, i.e. Section A, followed by Section B.
