Kamrup Metro Judiciary Recruitment Details
1. Driver
No of Posts: 01 Post
Scale of Pay: Rs. 15000/- per month.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Educational Qualification of the candidates must be X (10th) standard passed.
Mode of Selection: Driving Skill Test followed by Viva Voce/Interview.
2. Peon
No of Posts: 01 Post
Scale of Pay: Rs. 15000/- per month.
Educational Qualification: The candidates must possess the minimum educational qualification of Class VIII passed; and those who have passed HSSLC (12) or above shall be ineligible to apply for the said post.
Mode of Selection: Viva Voce/Interview.
Age Limit: A candidate shall not be below 18 years of age and above 40 years in case of general candidates as on 01.01.2026. The upper age limit in case of candidates belonging to SC & ST category shall be 45 years and in case of candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC category shall be 43 years as on 01.01.2026.

Interested and eligible candidates need to apply in Duly filled up applications in standard form as published in Assam Gazette Part IX along with self-attested photocopies of all the relevant testimonials i.e., educational qualification certificate, age proof document, Employment Exchange Registration Certificate, experience certificate, if any, valid driving licence (for the post of ‘driver’) etc. and 02 copies of recent passport size photographs
Candidates must submit the application form at the District & Sessions Judge cum Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Kamrup (M).
