Gauhati Medical College & Hospital, Guwahati has published three recruitment notification regarding recruitment of 06 Project Research Scientist, Project Staff Nurse and Project Technical Support Staff Posts for Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Govt. of India funded project titled “Four-month Moxifloxacin containing Shorter Regimen versus 6 months Standard Regimen for Treatment of Drug sensitive TB disease in children aged 1 year to 18 years – Open labeled Randomised Controlled Trial (4Mkids Study” under the Principal investigator Dr. Dulal Kalita, Department of Paediatrics, GMCH, Guwahati. Details of GMCH Recruitment 2026
1. Project Research Scientist – I(Medical)
No of post: 01 Post
Remuneration: Rs. 67000/-+ 20% HRA, as admissible
Required Eligibility: MBBS registered with NMC/state medical council.
2. Project Staff Nurse
No of post: 01 Post
Remuneration: Rs. 20000/-+ 20% HRA, as admissible
Required Eligibility: General Nursing and Midwifery diploma with Registration in state nursing council.
3. Project Technical Support Staff – II (Field/Laboratory Investigator)
No of post: 04 Posts
Remuneration: Rs. 20000/-+ 20% HRA, as admissible
Required Eligibility: Bachelors/Masters in Life Sciences/ Masters in Laboratory Technology Not exceeding 40 years of age.

- List of publications, along with one original copy(If any)
- NOC if employed in Govt sector.
