Assam Skill University Recruitment Details
1. Project Technical Coordinator
Salary: Rs. 60000/- to Rs. 80,000/- per month, depending upon the last drawn salary
Educational Qualification: Full Time 3years Diploma or 4 Years Degree in Civil Engineering from Government recognized institute.
Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in the execution of civil engineering projects, including the construction of roads and multistoried buildings, as well as the operation and maintenance of water supply and sewage systems within institutional campuses.
Computer Skills: The Project Technical Coordinator must have proficiency in AutoCAD/ MSP and expertise in using Internet based applications, working with advanced word processing/spread sheet including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, related applications and software & hardware computer systems in Civil Engineering.
Age: Maximum age of 64 years as on 01.07.2025.
Date and time of walk-in interview: 24.12.2025, 11.00 A.M. onwards.
2. Senior Procurement and Contract Management Specialist
Salary: Rs.18.00 lakh to Rs. 30.00 lakh, depending upon the last drawn salary
Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate degree / Graduate degree in Engineering
Experience:
- Candidates must be having minimum 12 (Twelve) years of professional experience in the field of public procurement and contract management and related activities in any State Government /Central Government /Semi-Government Bodies /PSUs/ large private organization.
- Candidates must have worked experience as a procurement and contract management official for at least 7(Seven) years in Externally Aided Projects (Asian Development Bank/ World Bank/JICA etc.) out of which at least 3 (Three) years’ experiences in the rank of expert/specialist. The candidate must be familiar with ADB’s procurement Rules and Regulations.
- Candidates having experience in Procurement of goods and equipment for Educational Institution or Skill Development Institution will be given preference.
Age: Maximum age of 62 years as on 01.07.2025.
Last Date of submission of application: 31.12.2025 up to 5.00 P.M.
