IDBI Bank Recruitment Details
1. Assistant Manager (AM) Grade ‘A’
No of Posts: 200 Posts [ UR: 81, OBC: 54, SC: 30, ST: 15 and EWS: 20 ]
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be a Graduate from a recognized university.
Experience: Post Qualification Work Experience of Minimum 2 years in any Scheduled Public Sector Bank/ Scheduled Private Sector Bank /Cooperative Bank/Regional Rural Banks. Candidates having experience in Branch Banking / Operation/ Retail assets/ Credit/ sales & Third party products etc. shall be preferred.
Age: Minimum: 21 years ; Maximum: 28 years as on 1st March 2026. The candidate must have been born not earlier than March 02, 1996 and not later than March 01, 2005 (both dates inclusive).
2. Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’
No of Posts: 1100 Posts [UR: 440, OBC: 297, SC: 156, ST: 100 and EWS: 107]
For Guwahati Zone: 35 Posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% for General, EWS and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government; Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.
Computer Literacy: Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers.
Age: Minimum: 20 years ; Maximum: 25 years as on 1st March 2026. Candidates must have been born not earlier than March 2, 2001 and not later than March 01, 2006 (both dates inclusive).
