NRCASSAM updation process to be continued even after Publication of NRCASSAM 2nd Draft on 30th June 2018

As we all know the NRCASSAM 2^nd DRAFT NRC is officially going to be published on 30^th June 2018. The cut off date is coming near and people are very much curious to know NRCASSAMRESULT of NRCASSAM SECOND Draft. Already NRCASSAM Part Draft was releaded on 1^st January. Mr Prateek Hajela, the State Coordinator of NRC is closely monitoring the NRCASSAM process. In a recent interview with media Mr Prateek Hajela stated that the process to updat NRCASSAM to be continued even after declaration of NRCASSAM Result OF SECOND DRAFT NRC on 30^th June.

Following the direction of the Supreme Court, it is decided by the authority to continue the NRCASSAM UPDATION process after publication of the final NRC.

According to the direction, People even after publication of the FINAL DRAFT NRC, can approach to the NRC authorities for inclusion of their names. The Supreme Court is closely monitoring the NRCASSAM PART DRAFT, NRCASSAM HEARING , NRCASSAM SECOND DRAFT and entire process of NRC. It is important to mention that the final NRCASSAMRESULT  will be published only after direction of the Supreme Court.

HOW TO INFORM NRC AUTHORITIES ABOUT SUSPICIOUS BANGLADESHI PEOPLE

• Though utmost care will be taken while preparing the FINAL DRAFT NRC, NRCASSAM SECOND LIST, if any suspected Bangladeshi’s name has been included in the NRC by mistake then one can inform or approach NRC authorities. After receipt of such complaints, the NRC authorities will verify the record of such suspicious persons and must dispose of the case within a month after proper NRCASSAM HEARING.
• If anyone still has not satisfied with the NRCASSAM HEARING, he/she can will have the option to approach the Foreigners Tribunal, for the disputes.
