NRC Assam Online Check of Second and Final Draft Publication – As we have got the information that the Hon’ble Supreme Court had order the Assam State Govt. to publish the second part draft of NRC Assam on 31^st May 2018. The first part draft of NRC had published on 31^st December 2017. In the first part draft of NRC, almost half of the citizens are unable to find their names in the first part draft of NRC list, which is a matter of concern for those people of Assam. After publication of the first part draft of NRC list, when the citizen are trying to find their names, more than half of the cases some names of their family members are missing. At that time the commissioner of NRC had announced that the missing family members name will be published on the second part draft of NRC. In some other cases citizens was able to access the complete list of family members but the the name of the family members was wrongly written. Which will also sorted out in second draft of NRC as announced by the NRC authority.

In case of some family, there are some mismatched in ancestor details provided at the time of NRC form fill up by the citizens, that is why the NRC authority had send notice to them for re-verification of their family tree. The citizen who had got letter form NRC authority for re-verification, they can verify and their ancestor list from 15^th February 2018 in the nearest NRC centers.

Check your name in Second Part Draft NRC in printed copies at your respective NRC Seva Kendras (NSKs):

From 1^st June 2018 citizens can access their names on nearest seva kendras of NRC during office hours.
