Assam Police Physical Standard Test For Constable Post
Candidates who have applied for the post of Constable will have to appear in the PST (Physical Standard Test). It will carry no marks. In this test measurement of the height, weight & chest (chest measuring only male) of the Candidates will be done using latest technology and after which the Candidate will be examined by a Medical Officer for preliminary check-ups like knock knee, vision test, colour blindness test, flat foot, varicose vein, physical deformities etc. Once a Candidate clears the PST he/she will have to appear in the PET (Physical Efficiency Test).
Assam Police Physical Efficiency Test For Constable Post
Race:
- The male candidates who qualify in the PST will be subjected to 3200 metres race to be completed within 14 minutes.
- The female candidates who qualify in the PST will be subjected to 1600 metres race to be completed within 08 minutes.
Long Jump:
- For Male candidate: Minimum 335 cm for long jump (3 chances to be given and the longest valid jump rounded off to the nearest cm will be considered for awarding marks).
- For Female candidate: Minimum 244 cm for long jump (3 chances to be given and the longest valid jump rounded off to the nearest cm will be considered for awarding marks).
Chin Up(Male): Chin ups is only for Male candidates and marks will be awarded to the candidates as given below in the table.

- Click on the Assam Police Admit Card Download link.
- After clicking on that link, an official web portal will open in a new tab.
- In that webpage, enter your Application Number and Password.
- After that click on the Download Admit Card button.
- Now, your admit card will load.
- Click on the Print option and print your admit card or save it as a pfd.
- Take that copy of pdf and print it as per your convenience.
