Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has invited Online Applications for recruitment to the post of Social Security Assistant . The candidates will be selected through  Online Examination which will be held on 31st August and 1st September, 2019 .

Scale of Pay: 

Level- 4 of Pay Matrix (Civilian employees) (Gr. `C”) under 7th Pay Commission with  Entry Pay Rs. 25,500/-. In addition to Pay they will also be eligible for allowances as per rules in force from time to time. 

Age limit:  Between 18 to 27 years as on 21st July, 2019 with age relaxation as applicable (Refer Para 14 of the notice).  

Essential Educational Qualification: 

a) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent as on 21st July, 2019. 
b) Possessing a speed of at least 5000 Key depressions per hour for Data Entry Work. 

Desirable Educational Qualification: 
Should possess a Computer Training Certificate from a recognized institute.

Application Fee: 

1. SC/ST/PwBD / Female Candidates/ Ex-Servicemen: (The fees shall be refunded duly deducting Bank Charges as applicable, on appearing of the candidate in the Phase-I Examination for SC/ST/PwBD/ Female Candidates & Ex Servicemen only): Rs. 250/-
2. All other categories Rs. 500/-

The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-Receipt will be generated. Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-Receipt and online Application Form containing fee details. Please note that if the same cannot be generated, online transaction may not have been successful. 

How to apply:
Candidates can apply online upto 21st July, 2019 (17:00 hrs) and no other mode of application will be accepted. Candidates to go to the EPFO website www.epfindia.gov.in or https://www.epfindia.gov.in/site_en/index.php.and click on the option “APPLY ONLINE FOR RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF SSA-2019 IN EPFO” which will open a new screen.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

Candidates should ensure that they possess/fulfill all the eligibility conditions prescribed for the post(s) as on the closing date for online registration of application i.e 21st July, 2019. CANDIDATES WAITING FOR FINAL RESULTS OF PRESCRIBED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION SHOULD NOT APPLY.

e) Examination (Phase-II): Call letters will be sent after declaration of result of Preliminary Examination (Phase-I)

f) Skill test (Phase-III) (Computer Data Entry Test): Call letters will be sent after declaration of result of Main Examination (Phase-II)
