DC Office Golaghat has invited applications from the eligible candidates who are citizen of India as defined under Article 5 to 9 of the Constitution of India and fulfill the eligibility norms of Educational Qualification Age etc. as mentioned below against each category of purely temporary contractual posts for ‘One Stop Centre’, Golaghat. The interested candidates having requisite educational qualification and experience may apply In duly filled up Application to the District Social Welfare Officer, Golaghat. The short listed candidates will be intimated regarding date and venue of the interview through Email as mentioned in the Application Form.
1) Centre Administrator
No of posts: 01
Educational Qualification: Woman having Law degree/Master in Social Work.
Experience: Minimum at least 5 Years experience of working on violence against women Issues in an administrative set up with a Government or Non-Government. Project/Programme and preferably with at least 1 year experience of counseling either within or outside the same set-up.
Age: 30 to 50 Years on 01-01-2019.
Remuneration/Honorarium (Per Month): Rs. 26000/- Subject to availability of fund.
1) Centre Administrator
No of posts: 01
Educational Qualification: Woman having Law degree/Master in Social Work.

Educational Qualification: Woman having a Post Graduate degree In Social Work/ Clinical Psychology.
Experience: Minimum at least 3 Years experience of working as Counselor /Psychotherapist in a reputed Mental Health institute /Clinic at the District / State level.
Age: 30 to 50 Years on 01-01-2019
Remuneration/Honorarium (PM). : Rs. 14,000/, Subject to availability of fund.
4) IT Staff
No of posts: 03 (Three)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with a degree/Diploma in Computers/IT etc.
No of posts : 01(One)
Educational Qualification: Woman having a Post Graduate degree In Social Work/ Clinical Psychology.
Experience: Minimum at least 3 Years experience of working as Counselor /Psychotherapist in a reputed Mental Health institute /Clinic at the District / State level.

4) IT Staff

Educational Qualification: Graduate with a degree/Diploma in Computers/IT etc.
Experience:Minimum 3 Years experience of data management. process documentation and web based reporting formats, video conferencing in either at the level of State/District/Non-Governmental/IT based organization

6) Security Guard/ Night Guard
No of posts : 02 (two)
Educational Qualification: Matric or equivalent passed,
Experience: Any person having at least 2 Years of experience of working as security personnel in a government or reputed organization In the district/ state level.
Age: 30 to 50 Years on 01-01-2019
Remuneration/Honorarium (PM): Rs. 9,000/-, Subject to availability of fund.

- The interested candidates having requisite educational qualification and experience may apply In duly filled up Application to the District Social Welfare Officer, Golaghat. The short listed candidates will be intimated regarding date and venue of the interview through Email as mentioned in the Application Form.
- Application must reach to the Office of the District Social Welfare, Golaghat on or before 4th July, 2019 by 3 PM. No applications will be accepted which are received after the specific date. The authority will not be responsible for non-receipt/late receipt of any application form due to postal delay or any other delay as well as loss/ damage of application.
- Required documents: Educational & Professional qualification certificate, Age proof certificate. Character Certificate from any Gazetted Officer. Candidates are requested to bring original documents at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be paid to candidate for appearing In the Interview.
