Startup Assam Recruitment Details
1. Managing Director (MD)
No of Posts: 01 Post
Salary: Fixed CTC of Rs. 30 lakhs Rs. 40 lakhs depending on skills and experience.
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related disciplines from a reputed institution.
Desired Profile/Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate operations, program delivery, or enterprise growth management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role heading a division/profit center/organization.
Age Limit: 35 to 50 years.
2. Senior Manager – Program Delivery
No of Posts: 01 Post
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a reputed institution is preferred.
Desired Profile/Experience:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in incubation, acceleration, startup program management, or corporate innovation.
- Experience in designing and scaling structured innovation. programs within high-growth ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability in ecosystem engagement, stakeholder management and program impact delivery.
- Familiarity with leading national/international startup support models (e.g., Startup India, State Startup Missions, Corporate Programs, Y Combinator, etc.).
Age Limit: 35 to 45 years.
3. Senior Manager – Student Incubation
No of Posts: 01 Post
Salary: Fixed CTC of Rs. 24 lakhs Rs. 30 lakhs depending on skills and experience.
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Management, Education, Social Management, Entrepreneurship or a relevant field.
Desired Profile/Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience in academic entrepreneurship, CSR in education, innovation program delivery, or startup incubation and or Social Impact.
- Experience working with higher education institutions, university systems or student innovation platforms.
- Preferred exposure to campus entrepreneurship programs, youth-led innovation initiatives, or public-private education models.
- Experience in designing and executing large-scale student bootcamps, hackathons, or startup fests.
Age Limit: 35 to 45 years.
4. Senior Manager – Investments
No of Posts: 01 Post
Salary: Fixed CTC of Rs. 24 lakhs Rs. 30 lakhs depending on skills and experience.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting or Business Management.
- MBA (Finance) from top tier B-School/CA/CFA.
Desired Profile/Experience:
- Experience: 7-10 years in management consulting, investment banking private equity, venture capital, fund management, or corporate finance.
- Experience in evaluating, structuring, and managing investments in startup or scale-up ecosystems preferred.
- Demonstrated track record in fund structuring, financial modeling. portfolio management, and stakeholder relationship management.
Age Limit: 35 to 45 years.
5. Senior Manager – Partnerships (Ecosystem Outreach)
No of Posts: 01 Post
Salary: Fixed CTC of Rs. 24 lakhs Rs. 30 lakhs depending on skills and experience.
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Public Policy, Business, Communications, Strategic Management, CSR, or related field.
Desired Profile/Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience in partnership development, CSR fundraising, ecosystem building, or institutional collaborations.
- Experience working with incubators, startups, NGOs, CSR units, or innovation networks.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute co-branded innovation programs.
- Excellent networking, stakeholder management, and external communications skills with ability to present the AISF narrative to both external and internal stakeholders
Age Limit: 35 to 45 years.
6. Senior Executive – Accounts & MIS
No of Posts: 01 Post
Salary: Fixed CTC of Rs. 6 lakhs Rs. 9 lakhs depending on skills and experience.
Educational Qualification: CA/ICWA/M.Com/B.Com /MBA(Finance) with strong foundation in accounting and financial management.
Desired Profile/Experience:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting software, along with advanced MS Excel and reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
