AHIDMS Recruitment
Assam Health Infrastructure Development & Management Society (AHIDMS) has published two recruitment notifications regarding recruitment of 13 Finance Specialist, on purely contractual basis for the World Bank funded “Assam State Secondary Healthcare Initiative for Service Delivery Transformation (ASSIST) Project” and 05 IT Technical Expert, Library Manager, Nursing Expert, Project Assistant and Project Manager Posts purely contractual basis for NNF’s supported project RCN-SSUHS, titled “Capacity Development for Innovative and Quality CMD Education at Regional Nursing College, Guwahati. AHIDMS Recruitment Details:
1. Finance Specialist
No of Posts: 13 Posts
Remuneration: Consolidated Pay of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand) to Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand) per month. However, in case the selected candidate’s current remuneration with 30% enhancement comes below Rs. 40,000/- per month, the lower remuneration will be offered. Moreover, in case, the selected candidate’s current remuneration with 30% enhancement exceeds Rs. 60,000/- per month, the highest pay range i.e. Rs. 60,000/- per month will be offered.
Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed CA Intermediate (IPCC) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in the field of accounting, auditing, or financial management.
Desirable: Experience in hospital finance management, government projects, or healthcare sector financial operations.
Skills: Proficiency in budget planning, fund management, financial auditing, and compliance reporting.
Age Limit: Upto 40 yrs as on 01/01/2025.

2. IT Technical Expert
No of Posts: 01 Post
Remuneration: Consolidated Pay in the range of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand) to Rs. 60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand) per month.
Educational Qualification: The candidate must hold a M.Sc. IT/ MCA /M.Sc. C.S. from a government-recognized university or institution of India.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a government recognized university or institution. Experience in Managing hi-tech digital equipment shall be an added advantage.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for the candidate is 45 years as of 1st April 2025.

3. Library Manager
No of Posts: 01 Post
Remuneration: Consolidated Pay in the range of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) to Rs. 45,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand) per month.
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Library Science from government recognized university or institution of India.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a government recognized university or institution.
- Experience in use of e-library systems/ prior work experience in a government recognized nursing college or university shall be additional advantage.
- Fair command over computer skills and data processing is required.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for the candidate is 40 years as of 1st April 2025.

4. Nursing Expert
No of Posts: 01 Post
Remuneration: Consolidated Pay in the range of Rs. 70,000 /- (Rupees Seventy Thousand) to Rs. 90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand) per month.
Educational Qualification: The candidate must hold a MSc (Nursing) [Preferably Community Health Nursing/Medical Surgical Nursing] from Government recognized university or institution of India.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a govt. recognized university or institution.
- Experience in project management/ implementation or prior work experience in a reputed nursing college or university will be considered an added advantage.
- Fair command over computer skills and data processing is required.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for the candidate is 45 years as of 1st April 2025.

5. Project Assistant
No of Posts: 01 Post
Remuneration: Consolidated Pay in the range of Rs. 30,000 /- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) to Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand) per month.
Educational Qualification: The candidate must hold a Masters/PG Diploma in Public Health/Health Management/Heath Administration or MSc. In Nursing [Preferably Community Health Nursing] from government recognized university or institution of India.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a government recognized university or institution.
- Prior experience in project management and implementation or prior work experience in a government recognized college/ university shall be additional advantage.
- Fair command over computer skills and data processing is required.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for the candidate is 40 years as of 1st April 2025.

6. Project Manager
No of Posts: 01 Post
Remuneration: Consolidated Pay in the range of Rs. 80,000 (Rupees Eighty thousand) to Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) per month.
Educational Qualification: The candidate must hold a Master degree in Public Health/MSc (Nursing) [Preferably Community Health Nursing] from a government recognized university or institution of India. A PhD in a related field is desirable
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a government recognized university or institution.
- Experience in project management/implementation or prior work experience in a government recognized nursing college or university shall be additional advantage.
- Fair command over computer skills and data processing is desirable as well.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for the candidate is 50 years as of 1st April 2025.
