DHS Assam Recruitment Details
1. Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM)
No of Posts: 181 Posts
Salary: The pay scale for the post is ₹14,000 – ₹70,000/- with a Grade Pay of ₹6,200/-.
Required Eligibility: Candidates applying for the post of ANM must have completed ANM Training from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, the Assam Nursing Council, or an Assam Government Institution, and must be registered under the Assam Nursing Council with a valid employment exchange registration in Assam.
2. Staff Nurse
No of Posts: 446 Posts
Salary: The pay scale for the post is ₹14,000 – ₹70,000/- with a Grade Pay of ₹6,800/-.
Required Eligibility: Candidates must possess a GNM Diploma or B.Sc (Nursing) Degree from an institute or nursing college recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. Additionally, they must be registered under the Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ & Health Visitors’ Council and hold a valid employment exchange registration in Assam.
3. Staff Nurse
No of Posts: 292 Posts
Salary: The pay scale for the post is ₹14,000 – ₹70,000/- with a Grade Pay of ₹6,800/-.
Required Eligibility: Candidates must possess a GNM Diploma, B.Sc (Nursing) Degree, or higher qualification from an institute or nursing college recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, and must be registered under the Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ & Health Visitors’ Council with a valid employment exchange registration in Assam. Additionally, applicants should have at least one year of experience working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Age: The category-wise age limit as on 01.01.2024 is as under:
- UNRESERVED: Minimum18 Years and Maximum 40 Years
- OBC / MOBC: Minimum18 Years and Maximum 43 Years
- SC/ ST: Minimum18 Years and Maximum 45 Years
- PWD: Minimum18 Years and Maximum 50 Years
