Details of GMC Recruitment 2024

1. Assistant Sanitary Inspector

No of Posts: 15 Posts

Remuneration: Rs. 17,000/- p.m.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should be a Graduate with Chemistry/ Biology as one of the subjects in Intermediate/ Class 10+2 level/ Higher Secondary. OR Candidates must have completed Intermediate/ Class 10+2 with Chemistry/ Biology as one of the subject and Diploma in Sanitary Inspector/ Public Health/ Solid Waste Management from an Institute recognized by the Government of India.

Preference: Candidates with a bachelor’s Degree in fields related to Environmental Science/ Public Health/ Sanitation/ Solid Waste Management.

Age Limit: Candidates should not be more than 30 years of Age as on 1st Jan, 2024.

Applications in Standard Format along with supporting documents are invited from the intending candidates who are native citizen of Assam and fulfil the eligibility norms of educational qualification, age, work experience ete as mentioned above for the post of “Assistant Sanitary Inspector” in Guwahati Municipal Corporation on contractual basis.

Candidates shall bring original documents/ certificates at the interview for verification, failing which they shall not be allowed to appear. Candidates are required to bring PAN Card or any Valid ID and/ or address proof at the interview.
