Details of Dhubri District Judiciary Recruitment

1. Process Server 

No of Posts: 01 Posts [UR]

Scale of Pay along with Grade Pay: 14000/- to 60500/- + G.P. 5200/- P.M. along with other admissible allowances.

Required Qualification: Applicant must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. Applicant must have knowledge in official language of Assam.

2. Peon

No of posts: 01 Posts [UR]

Scale of Pay: PB-1 Rs. 12,000/- – 52,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 3,900/- along with other allowances.

Required Eligibility: Applicant must be Class-HSLC passed. Those who have passed HSSLC or Class XII or equivalent examination or above shall not be eligible to apply.

3. Cleaner

No of posts: 01 Post [SC]

Scale of Pay: PB-1 Rs. 12,000/- – 52,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 3,900/- along with other allowances.

Required Eligibility: Applicant must be Class-VIII passed.

Age: Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 38 years as on 01.01.2024 (relaxation as per the existing Govt. Rules).

How to Apply For Dhubri District Judiciary Recruitment

The applications with self-attested photocopies of all relevant testimonials regarding Educational qualification, Experience certificate (wherever applicable), Caste, Age proof, Employment Exchange Registration Card, along with 03 (three) recent passport sizecoloured photographs duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side, should reach the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri, D.C. Court Building, P.S. & P.O. Dhubri, PIN 783301. The candidates can submit their applications through post or directly in the “Drop Box” of the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri.

The candidate applying for the post of Peon have to furnish a self-declaration certificate along with his/her application form mentioning that “he/she has not passed HSSLC or Class XII or Equivalent examination or above”.

The envelope containing the application form should mention the name of the post applied for indicating “Application for the post of Process Server/Peon/Cleaner” super-scribed on the top of the envelope.

The last date of receipt of application is 30.10.2024 till 05:00 P.M. No application will be entertained after the last date. The appointing authority shall not be responsible under any circumstance for any postal delay
