Details of PWD Assam Recruitment

1. GIS Analyst, Public Works Roads Department, Assam

No of posts: 01 Posts

Remuneration: Rs 50,000 per month (Fixed Consolidated Pay inclusive of all benefits)

Required Eligibility:

• Candidate must have Master’s degree in Geology/Geography or a related field along with post graduate diploma in GIS and Remote sensing or Geoinformatics.
• Candidate must have strong proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, Google earth.
• Candidate must have knowledge of geospatial data analysis alongwith spatial data formats (e.g., Shapefiles, GeoJSON, KML) and coordinate systems.
• Experience in AutoCAD and GIS Database management is an added advantage.
• Should have knowledge of relevant IT Software and MS Excel.
• Should have age not more than 40 years as on 01.09.2024.
• Should have minimum 3 years of experience in PMGSY and any SRRDA dealing with PMGSY works.
• Should have more than 10 years of professional experience in GIS field.
