Purabi Dairy Guwahati Recruitment Details

1. Sr. Manager (Dairy Plant Operations)

Salary: CTC (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience) Rs. 20.62 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions.

Educational Qualification: Full-time B.Tech/ M.Tech in Dairy Technology in first class from a reputed education institute.

Working Experience: Minimum 12 years’ experience in processing and manufacturing of milk and milk products in a Dairy Plant having a capacity of minimum 1 lakh litres per day, out of which 2 years should be as Head of Dairy Plant.

2. Manager (Quality Assurance)

Salary: CTC (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience) Rs. 17.00 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions.

Educational Qualification: Full-time B.Tech/ M.Tech in Dairy Technology / BSc/ MSc in Dairy Technology / Dairy Chemistry/ Dairy Microbiology in first class from a reputed education institute.

Working Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in processing and manufacturing of milk and milk products in a Dairy Plant having a capacity of a minimum of 1 lakh litres per day, out of which 2 years should be as Head (QA/QC). Thorough knowledge on FSSAI standards, exposure to Food Safety Management System (FSMS)/Quality Management System/Good Laboratory Practices/Good Manufacturing Practices/ Good Hygienic Practices.

3. Executive (Dairy)

Salary: CTC (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience) Rs. 8.15 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions.

Educational Qualification: Full time B. Tech in Dairy Technology in first class from a reputed education institute

Working Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in processing and manufacturing of milk and milk products in a Dairy Plant having a capacity of a minimum of 1 lakh liters per day.
