Details of PHE Bajali Recruitment 2024

1. DFMS

No of posts: 01 Post

Remuneration: Rs. 32,000/- per month

Required Eligibility:

• Two (2) years full time M.Com in Accountancy/ Finance or MBA (Finance) from recognized University/ institution
• Minimum 2 years experience in financial management activities with proficient level of PFMS activities.

Age: Minimum age is 21 Years and maximum age is 40 Years.

2. DEO (Data Entry Operator)

No of posts: 02 Post

Remuneration: Rs. 14,493/- per month

Required Eligibility:

• 10+2 Passed, Six months Computer Diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of post qualification experience desirable.

Age: Minimum age is 18 Years and maximum age is 40 Years as on 01.01.2024. The upper age limit is however relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST Candidates and 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.

The Candidates having the requisite qualification as mentioned above may come with application form (Standard Form Assam Gazette-IX) along with 2 (two) passport size photographs self attached Xerox Copies, Aadhaar Card, relevant Educational Qualification Mark sheets from HSLC onwards, valid employment certificate, experience certificate, Computer certificate etc in sealed envelope to the O/o Executive Engineer, Bajali PHE Division, Pathsala on 12 June 2024 at 09:00 AM. The candidates will have to bring the Original Documents also as mentioned above. No candidate will be allowed to report after 9.30 AM.

For the post of DEO, a preliminary selection list of eligible candidates will be prepared on the basis of screening test (MCQ) on basic computer knowledge which will be qualifying in nature. The final selection list will thereafter be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Interview.
