Details of Assam Directorate of Elementary Education Recruitment
1. LP and UP Teachers
No of posts: 5550 Posts
- Upper Primary: 1,750 Posts
- Lower Primary: 3,800 Posts
Scale of Pay: Pay Band-2, Rs.14,000 – Rs.70,000 plus Grade Pay and other allowances as admissible under the rules.
Educational Qualification:
For Assistant Teacher(UP):
- Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent).
- Graduate from the UGC recognized University.
- 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education.
- Assam TET or Central TET for Upper Primary School.
- For Assistant Teacher (Hindi): Graduate with Hindi as one of the subjects from the UGC recognized University along with other aforementioned mentioned eligibilities.
- For Assistant Teacher (Science): B.Sc. from the UGC recognized University along with other aforementioned mentioned eligibilities.
For Assistant Teacher(LP):
- Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks.
- 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
- Assam TET or Central TET for Lower Primary
How to Apply for DEE Assam Recruitment
The interested and eligible applicants need to apply online through dee.assam.gov.in. Applicants need to upload the below mentioned documents. Documents uploaded as mentioned below should be coloured scanned and clear in PDF format while uploading and applying online and all documents should be self attested.
- Passport Size Photograph.
- HSLC Admit Card.
- HSSLC Mark-sheet and Certificate.
- Graduation Mark-sheet and Certificate.
- Any other Mark-sheet and Certificate of higher education.
- DElEd/ BEd Marksheet (1st Year & 2nd Year) and Certificate.
- Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ ST(P)/ST(H)/OBC/MOBC).
- Document in support of Permanent Resident of Assam.
- Certificate and Mark sheet of ATET/CTET for UPS.
- Candidates with disabilities will have to enclose certificates of disabilities issued by Govt. authority.
- Certificate of Ex-servicemen issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board.
- Scanned Signature.
