Post Details of IIE Guwahati Recruitment 2024
1. Executive-Project
No of Post: 01 Post
Monthly Remuneration: Rs.23,000/- to Rs.30,000/-
Required Qualification: Graduate Degree in Social Work / Rural Development/ Economics/ MBA/ Social Science preferably with 2+ years of work Experiences in Social/Community Development Sector/ Entrepreneurship Development sector.
Experience:
- Work experience preferable in sectors of start-up and entrepreneurship development, livelihood projects. Knowledge on business plan development, mentorship etc is desirable.
- Developing inter-personnel correspondences amongst Govt./Semi Govt./NGO’s and maintain proper documentation etc.
2. Senior Executive-Project (State Coordinator)
No of Post: 01 Post
Monthly Remuneration: Rs.29,000/- to Rs.40,000/-
Required Qualification: PG with 3+ years or UG with 5+ years of work experience preferably in Social/Community Development Sector/ Entrepreneurship Development sector.
Experience:
- Work experience preferable in sectors of start-up and entrepreneurship development, livelihood projects. Knowledge on business plan development, mentorship etc. is desirable.
- Developing inter-personnel correspondences amongst Govt./Semi Govt./NGO’s and maintain proper documentation etc.
3. Data Management Officer/ MIS Senior Executive
No of Post: 01 Post
Monthly Remuneration: Rs.29,000/- to Rs.40,000/-
Required Qualification:
- PG/UG/Diploma preferably in Computer Application/ Computer Science/ a closely related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of MIS/ Data management/ Project handling in any public/ private sector organization
Experience: PG with 3+ years or UG with 5+ years of work experience in operations for profit enterprise or in implementing non-farm livelihood interventions in any course with mathematics as a subject till class XII, preferably from a management/commerce or engineering background.
4. Senior Executive-Project
No of Post: 04 Posts
Monthly Remuneration: Rs.29,000/- to Rs.40,000/-
Required Qualification:
- PG with 3+ years/ UG with 5+ years of work experience in Social/ Community / Entrepreneurship Development sector.
- PG/UG in any discipline preferably in Social Work / Rural Development/ Economics/ MBA & Social Science.
Experience:
- Work experience preferable in sectors of start-up and entrepreneurship development, livelihood projects. Knowledge on business plan development, mentorship etc. is desirable.

Experience:
- PG with 3+ years or UG with 5+ years of work experience with proven track record of implementation in Social /Community development project especially in livelihood or entrepreneurial development project.
- Having experience in carrying out research studies, preparation of Project report, Business plan & report writing of projects.
2. Executive- Project
No of Post: 02 Posts

- Having experience in carrying out research studies, preparation of Project report, Business plan & report writing of projects.
For SVEP Projects
1. Associate- Project
No of Post: 01 Post
Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 35,000/-(Negotiable)
Required Qualification & Experience: PG with 3+ years or UG with 5+ years of work experience in operations for profit enterprise or in implementing non-farm livelihood interventions in any course with mathematics as a subject till class XII, preferably from a management/commerce or engineering background.
