1. Assistant Librarian 

No of Posts: 01 [UR]

Required Eligibility: Graduate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce with B.Lib Sc from College/ Institution affiliated to a recognized University. Knowledge of latest library related software desirable.

2. Library Assistant 

No of Posts: 01 [Roster Point : 10, OBC/MOBC]

Required Eligibility: Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce from College/ Institution affiliated to a recognized University with a computer diploma or certificate of minimum 3 months duration. The candidate should have working knowledge of Assamese and English typing in MS word and MS Excel. The age of the candidate should not be more than 38 years as on 01.01.2023. Age relaxation for reserved categories of candidates will be as prescribed under Assam Government rules.

3. Library Bearer

No of Posts: 01 [Roster Point : 11, OBC/MOBC]

Required Eligibility: Class VIII Passed.

Age: The Age of candidates should not be more than 40 years as on 01.01.2022 with relaxation of 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC/MOBC & 10 years for PWD is applicable as per Govt Guideline.
