Assam HFW Department Recruitment Details
1. Medical Officer (Ayur)
No of posts: 101 Posts [UR: 48, OBC/ MOBC: 21, SC: 7, STP: 17, STH: 8]
Scale of Pay: Rs. 30,000/- – 1,10,000 + Grade Pay Rs. 12,700/-.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Ayurveda from a University or its equivalent as recognized by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine under the act.
Other Eligibility Criteria: A valid registration with the Assam State Council of Indian Medicine or a valid Central or National Registration Certificate issued by Central Council of Indian Medicine or National Commission for Indian System of Medicine.
Age Limit: A candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 38 years of age as on 01/01/2023 as per Govt. Notification AAP.115/72/Pt.I/194 dated 10/03/2008. The upper age limit is relaxable for the candidates of reserved categories as per existing provision.
2. Medical Officer (Ayurvedic)
No of posts: 01 Post [UR]
Scale of Pay: Rs. 30,000/- – 1,10,000 + Grade Pay Rs. 12,700/-.
Educational Qualification: A bachelor degree in Ayurveda from a University or its equivalent as recognized by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) under the act.
Other Eligibility Criteria: A valid registration with the Assam State Council of Indian Medicine or a valid Central or National Registration Certificate issued by Central council of Indian system of Medicine or National Commission for Indian System of Medicine
Age Limit: Age shall not be more than 38 years as on 1st January of the year of recruitment. The relaxation of age in case of candidates belonging to the special categories like Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and any other categories as laid down by the Government shall be in accordance with the rules in force.
3. Casualty Officer
No of posts: 01 Post [UR]
Scale of Pay: Rs. 30,000/- – 1,10,000 + Grade Pay Rs. 12,700/-.
Educational Qualification: A bachelor degree in Ayurveda from a University or its equivalent as recognized by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) under the act.
