IDBI Recruitment 2023 Details:

1. Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’

No of Posts: 800 Posts [UR: 324, OBC: 216, SC: 120, ST: 60, EWS: 80]

Required Eligibility: Candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% for General and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a recognized university are eligible to apply online.

2. Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) (on Contract)

No of Posts: 1300 Posts [UR: 558, OBC: 326, SC: 200, ST: 86, EWS: 130]

Required Eligibility: Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university are eligible to apply online.

Remuneration:

• 1st Year: Rs.29,000/- per Month
• 2nd Year: Rs.31,000/- per Month

Age : The candidate’s age should be between 20 years and 25 years as of 1st November 2023. Additionally, candidates must have been born not earlier than 2nd November 1998, and not later than 1st November 2023 (inclusive of both days).

Relaxation of Age:

• Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe: 5 years
• Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
• Persons With Disabilities: 10 years
