1. Senior Consultant (Audit)
No of posts: 1
Scale of Pay: Rs 30,000/- to 1,10,000/- , Grade Pay Rs. 13300/-
Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate in commerce from any recognized university
- At least in the rank of senior financial adviser and above of Govt. of Assam or minimum 15 years of experience in senior grade position in any Govt. deptt./undertaking.
2. Officer In-charge (Pre-Primary & Early Child Care Education)
No of posts: 1
Scale of Pay: Rs 30,000/- to 1,10,000/- , Grade Pay Rs. 13300/-
Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Post Graduate Degree in Child Development/ Psychology/ Developmental Psychology or Education from any recognized university
- Degree/ Diploma in Pre-Primary Education from any recognized university or reputed national level organization.
- At least 5 years experience in relating to child development in Govt. Institution, Govt. recognized Society, Govt. Recognized Higher Education Institution, Reputed Research Organization.

Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Master Degree in any discipline/MBA with minimum 55% marks (50% in case of ST/SC Candidates) from a UGC recognized University
- Minimum 4-years relevant experience at District or State Level Position in any Government Department, Society, University, College, reputed Research Organization.
- Complete proficiency in MS-OFFICE, especially in MS-Excel & PowerPoint.
Desirable Qualification:
- Minimum 3-years’ experience as Educational Consultant in any reputed Organization/Society.
- Experience in preparing project proposals related to Education, such as establishment of educational institutions, proposals for creating amenities/facilities towards students, teacher and educational institutions and proposals for fund raising etc.

- Graduate in any discipline and having Special B.Ed. with valid RCI CRR number. Or Graduate in any discipline with minimum one year diploma in Special Education / Audiology & Speech Therapy/DHLS with valid RCI CRR number/ Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy.
- Candidates must have Minimum 5 years working experience in any Govt. Organization/NGO working in the field of disability/SSA/DPEP.

19. Additional Resource Person (ARP)

Essential Qualification and Experience:
- The minimum educational qualification for IE (Inclusive Education) Additional Resource Person must be Graduate from a Recognized University and
- The candidate must have special qualification of minimum 1 (One) year Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability with valid RCI CRR number.
- Candidates must have Minimum 3 years working experience in any Govt. Organization/NGO working in the field of disability/ SSA/DPEP.
20. Assistant Additional Resource Person (AARP)

Scale of Pay: Rs 15,000/- fixed per month
Essential Qualification and Experience:
- The minimum educational qualification for IE (Inclusive Education) Assistant Additional Resource Person must be Graduate from a Recognized University and
- The candidate must have special qualification like 1 (One) Yr. Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability with valid RCI CRR number.
Age(For all Posts):
- The candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 62 years of age as on 01-01-2023.
- The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the Matriculation/HSLC Admit Card or Pass Certificate issued by a recognized Board/ Council and no other document shall be accepted in lieu of the mentioned documents.
