Dhubri Judiciary Recruitment Details
Name of post: Peon
No of posts: 04 Posts [UR: 03, OBC-01, SC: 01]
Scale of Pay: Rs.12000-52000+G. P. Rs.3900 (plus other allowances admissible as per the rule)
Educational Qualification: Minimum class-VIII pass (those who have passed HSSLC or Class-XI or equivalent examination or above shall not be eligible to apply).
Age: Candidates must not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age as on 06-03- 2023, The upper age limit will be relaxed.
- By 5 years for ST and SC candidates i.e. up to 45 years;
- By 3 years for OBC,/ MOBC candidates i.e. up to 43 years;
- By 2 years i.e up to 42 years in respect of Ex-Service men and 10 years i.e. upto 50 years in respect of Persons With Disabilities
How to Apply for Dhubri Judiciary Recruitment
Interested and Eligible candidates need to filled up Standard application form must be submitted in a sealed envelope with self attested copies of all testimonials regarding Educational Qualification, Age, caste, Valid Employment Exchange Registration card along with 3 (three) copies of recent passport size photographs duly signed by the candidate, in the “Drop Box” of the Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri. The Application form must accompanied with the below mentioned documents.
- Self-attested photo copies of testimonial/certificate in support of his/her age, caste, educational qualification, experience certificate (if any), employment exchange registration card etc.
- Three copies of recent passport sized coloured photographs with signature on the reverse side.
- Mobile Number along with E-mail ID (if any) must be mentioned in the Standard Form.
- The name of the candidate must be registered in the Employment Exchange and valid Employment Exchange Registration number is to be mentioned in the application form.
- The applicant has to furnish a self declaration certificate along with the application form mentioning that he/she has not passed HSSLC or Class XII or equivalent examination or above.
- Candidates already in Govt. Service must apply through proper channel along with “No Objection Certificate” from the appointing authority
The application must be addressed to “The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri, DC Court Building, PS & P.O. Dhubri, PIN- 783301@.
The last date of receipt of application form is 15-03-2023. No application will be entertained after the last date. The appointing authority shall not be responsible under any circumstances for any Postal delay.
