- Sub-Officer: 01

Required Eligibilty and Scale of Pay:
Constable of Police (Communication) in APRO:
Scale of Pay: Rs. 14000- 60500 (Pay Band No. 2) plus Rs. 6200/- Grade pay plus other allowances as admissible under the rules.
Essential Qualification:- H.S. (Science) passed with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) from a recognized Board or Council. The candidates must have obtained pass marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) in H.S. (Science) examination to apply for the post.
Constable (Driver) in APRO:
Scale of Pay: Rs. 14000- 60500 (Pay Band No. 2) plus Rs. 5200/- Grade pay plus other allowances as admissible under the rules.
Essential Qualification: – HSLC or equivalent examination passed from a recognized Board or Council and must possess valid driving license for LMV or MMV or HMV.
Constable (Dispatch Rider) in APRO:
Scale of Pay: Rs. 14000- 60500 (Pay Band No. 2) plus Rs. 5200/- Grade pay plus other allowances as admissible under the rules.

Constable (Handymen) in APRO:
Scale of Pay: Rs. 14000- 60500 (Pay Band No. 2) plus Rs. 5200/- Grade pay plus other allowances as admissible under the rules.

Constable (Messenger) in APRO:
Scale of Pay: Rs. 14000- 60500 (Pay Band No. 2) plus Rs. 5200/- Grade pay plus other allowances as admissible under the rules.
Essential Qualification: – HSLC or equivalent examination passed from a recognized Board or Council and must possess valid driving license for LMV or MMV or HMV.
Constable (Carpenter) in APRO:
Scale of Pay: Rs. 14000- 60500 (Pay Band No. 2) plus Rs. 5200/- Grade pay plus other allowances as admissible under the rules.
Essential Qualification: – HSLC or equivalent examination passed from a recognized Board or Council and passed prescribed ITI course in trade.
Sub-Officer in F & ES:
Scale of Pay: Rs. 14000- 60500 (Pay Band No. 2) plus Rs. 6200/- Grade pay plus other allowances as admissible under the rules.
Essential Qualification: – H.S. (Science) passed with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) from a recognized Board or Council. The candidates must have obtained pass marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) in H.S. (Science) examination to apply for the post.
Emergency Rescuer in F & ES:
Scale of Pay: Rs. 14000- 60500 (Pay Band No. 2) plus Rs. 5000/- Grade pay plus other allowances as admissible under the rules.
Essential Qualification: – H.S. (Science) passed with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) from a recognized Board or Council. The candidates must have obtained pass marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) in H.S. (Science) examination to apply for the post.
Age:
For the posts of Sub-Officer: 20 to 24 years as on 01-01-2023 (i.e. candidate must be born on or before 01.01.2003 and on or after 01.01.1999).
For other posts: 18 to 25 years as on 01-01-2023 (i.e. candidate must be born on or before 01.01.2005 and on or after 01.01.1998).
Upper age limit will be relaxed for:
- 5 (five) years in respect of candidates belonging to SC, ST (P) and ST(H).
- 3 (three) years in respect of candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC.
- Additional relaxation of 3 (three) years in respect of trained Home Guards who have served for a period of 3(three) years or more for the candidates who apply for the posts of Constables in APRO only.
