It is hereby informed to all concerned that due to Regional Livestock Show2023 to be held at Guwahati from 15.02.2023 to 17.02.2023, the ongoing Personality Assessment Test (PAT) for selection of candidates for 1 (one) year Course of Elementary knowledge on A.H. & Veterinary Science (VFA Training Cours) scheduled to be held on 14.02.2023, 16.02.2023 and 17.02.2023 is posponed and re-scheduled to be held on 21.03.2023, 22.03.2023 and 23.03.2023 respectively.

No of Seats: 450 [UR: 231, EWS: 28, MOBC/OBC: 104, SC: 32, ST(P): 41, ST(H): 14]
Required Eligibility:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum educational qualification required for admission is HSSLC (Science) passed with Biology as a Subject from the recognized University/ Board.
- Age: A candidate should not be less than 18 years and should not be more than 30 years of age as on 01/01/ 2022. The upper age limit is relaxable for the candidates of reserved categories as per existing provision. However, there is no provision for condonation of age.
- 03 (three) years in case of candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC.
- 05 (five) years in case of candidates belonging to SC, ST (P) & ST (H).

How to Download Assam VFA Training Course PAT Admit Cards
The Personality Assessment Test(PAT) for selection of candidates for 1(0ne) year Elementary Knowledge on Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science Course (VFA Training Course in short) for the Session 2022-23 will be held from 20/01/2023 at the Directorate of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Department, Assam, Chenikuthi, Guwahati-3.All the shortlisted candidates are hereby asked to download their individual CALL LETTER from the official portal https://animalhusbandryvfa.in by using their login credential and appear before the Selection Committee for the Personality Assessment Test (PAT) as per date and time shown against their Registration/Roll Number.The CALL LETTER will be available for downloading from 12/01/2023 onward.

Online Applications are invited from eligible intending candidates of Assam for undergoing one year VFA Training Course in Elementary Knowledge of A.H. & Veterinary Science for the Session 2022-23 at the School of Veterinary Science & A.H. at Ghungoor, Silchar, Assam and its extended campuses which will be received from 10.00 hrs of 28/09/2022 up to 23.59 hrs of 27/10/2022

- Unreserved/OBC/MOBC candidates- Rs. 250/-
- SC/ST candidates- Rs. 150/-
