Assam ST and OBC Scholarship 2022
The Directorate of Tribal Affairs (P), Assam has published a notification regarding Pre and Post Matric Scholarships of Other Backward Classes(OBC/MOBC) and Scheduled Tribes(ST) students for the academic year 2022-23. Fresh and Renewal applications of ST and OBC students will be accepted till 15th November, 2022. Pre Matric and Post-Matric scholarships for students of Assam belonging to Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Other Backward Classes (OBC / MOBC) are invited for the academic year 2022-23 through National Scholarship Portal (NSP). Required Eligibility for ST and OBC Scholarship 2022
- For Pre Metric Scholarship:
- The scholarships are open to Nationals of India only
- Scholarship award will be sanctioned in the case of students whose parents/guardians income from all sources does not exceed Rs.2,50,000/- per annum
- Students should belong to class 9 and 10.
- For Post Metric Scholarship:
- The scholarships are open to Nationals of India only
- Scholarship award will be sanctioned in the case of students whose parents/guardians income from all sources does not exceed Rs.2,50,000/- per annum
How to Apply for Assam ST and OBC Scholarship 2022
Fresh / Renewal applications for Pre-Matric and Post-Matric scholarships for students of Assam belonging to Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Other Backward Classes (OBC / MOBC) are invited for the academic year 2022-23 through National Scholarship Portal (NSP)at www.scholarships.gov.in. Applications will be entertained through online portal only for students studying in Govt. / Govt. aided / Govt. recognized / Madhyamik/ Middle/ Primary School/ University/ Higher Secondary/Colleges including Medical/Technical Institutions having valid U-DISE / AISHE / NCVT code.
Last Date for Online Apply by the Students is 15.11.2022 and Last date for verification of applications by Institution is 15.12.2022.
