Details of Chief Judicial Magistrate Majuli Recruitment
1. Driver
No of Posts: 01 [UR-1]
Scale of Pay: Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- with a grade Pay Rs. 5,200/- (PB-2)
Educational Qualification: Must have passed HSLC exam. Candidate must valid driving license to drive.
2. Peon
No of Posts: 03 [UR-2, ST(H)-1]
Scale of Pay: Rs. 12,000/- to 37,500/- with a grade Pay Rs. 3,900/- (PB-1)
Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification of Class VIII standard. Those who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply.
3. Process Server/Jarikarak
No of Posts: 02 [UR-2]
Scale of Pay: Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- with a grade Pay Rs. 5,200/- (PB-2)
Educational Qualification: Must have passed HSLC exam. Must have knowledge in official language of Assam
4. Chowkidar
No of Posts: 01 [UR-1]
Scale of Pay: Rs. 12,000/- to 37,500/- with a grade Pay Rs. 3,900/- (PB-1)
Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification of Class VIII standard. Those who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply.
Age: The candidate should not be less than eighteen (18) years of age and not more than forty (40) years of age as on 01.07.22. The upper age limit is relaxable by –
- 5 years for ST and SC candidates, i.e. upto 45 years
- 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates, i.e. upto 43 years
How to Apply for CJM Majuli Recruitment
Candidates who will fulfil the requisite eligibility criteria must submit their applications in the Standard Form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX and fill the form with BLOCK LETTERS using Black/Blue ball pen only. Paste one
- Recent passport size coloured photograph in the specified box and submit another two
- Passport size photographs with the application form. Put applicant’s signature in the box specified for signature
The filled up “Application Form” along with the copy of age certificate, educational qualification certificate, caste certificate from competent authority, employment exchange registration certificate, forwarding documents, in case apply through proper channel, driving license (in case of applying for the post of Driver), experience certificate (if any), must sent it by post to the Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Majuli, P.O. Garamur Satra, PIN 785104, Dist. Majuli (Assam), or may be dropped in the “Drop Box for applications” to be kept in the Office of the undersigned. The documents furnished with the application must be self attested by the candidates himself/herself.
Applications should reach the office of the undersigned during office hours on working days on or before 06.08.2022.
