Assam Direct Recruitment 2022 : The Assam Direct Recruitment Commission under the Govt of Assam has published the recruitment notification under 1 lakh recruitment in the sate of Assam. Online applications are invited from intending eligible applicants, who are citizens of India having registration number in the employment exchange of the State of Assam for filling up 26441 Grade III and Grade IV under different establishments/departments under Govt. of Assam.

1. Name of the Post: Grade-III
No of Vacancies: 13,141
- Category I (Accountant/ Cashier/ Jr. Asstt./LDA/Stenographer etc. Detailed list shall be available alongwith the application form) (8331 Vacancies)
- Category II (Field Assistant, Fieldman, Foreman, Section Asstt. Soil Conservation Field Worker Jr., Agriculture Extension Assistant etc. Detailed list shall be available along with the application form) (3690 Vacancies)
- Category III (Driver) (1120 Vacancies)
Scale of Pay: Pay Band -2/3 and applicable Grade Pay along-with other allowances as admissible
Minimum Educational Qualification
- For Category I
- Bachelor’s degree with Computer Certificate/Diploma of minimum 6 (six) months duration from a recognized Institute.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- For Category II
- HSSLC or equivalent (for post like Laboratory Assistant, Section Assistant and Photography Assistant, candidates with HSSLC or equivalent with Science stream only can apply)
- For Category III
- HSLC or equivalent
Age: The applicant shall not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2022. The upper age limit is relaxable only as stipulated below:
- 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
- 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.
- 2 years for Ex-Servicemen.
- 10 years for Persons with Disabilities candidates.
The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the School/Matriculation/ HSLC Admit Card/ Certificate issued by a recognised Board/ Council/ schools/ or other Government document, as applicable and notified.

Scale of Pay: Pay Bands and Grade Pay as per ROP, 2017 along-with other allowances as admissible
Educational Qualification
- Read up to Class-VIII (9,000 Posts)
- HSLC (Class Ten) or equivalent examination passed (4,300 Posts)
Please Note: The Maximum qualification should be HSSLC (Class-12) or HSSLC (Class-12) or equivalent examination Passed and those who have educational qualification higher than this maximum eligibility educational qualification on the date of application shall not be eligible to apply for any of the posts or category of posts.

The eligible candidates of Assam Govt Direct Recruitment for Grade III and Grade IV Posts are required to apply in prescribed form through www.assam.gov.in or www.sebaonline.org only. Instructions for filling up prescribed application form will be available in the official website www.sebaonline.org. Applications shall be received only in online mode from the midnight of 11th April, 2022 to the midnight of 07.06.2022 30.05.2022. Interested candidates have to upload the following documents for Assam Direct Recruitment for Class III posts.

Application Fee for Assam Direct Recruitment For Grade III & Grade IV Posts
The candidates have to submit Application Fee online only as follows:
For Grade III
- Rs. 350/- for UR and OBC/MOBC candidates
- Rs. 250/- for SC, ST(P) and ST(H) candidates
For Grade IV
- Rs. 200/- for UR and OBC/MOBC candidates
- Rs. 150/- for SC, ST(P) and ST(H) candidates
The fee shall be deposited by way of online payment through Payment Gateways link provided in the portal. Non submission of applicable amount of fee in the authorized online mode will lead to rejection of Application.
Selection Process and Admit Card Download For Assam Direct Recruitment 2022
The Admit Card for attending the examination of Assam Recruitment 2022 For Grade III & Grade IV Posts will be available for download from the website www.sebaonline.org. The expected Exam Date for Assam Direct Recruitment 2022 is July 2022.
For Grade III
- The Selection Criteria and the mode of examination for the different categories of posts shall be communicated in due course of time.
For Grade IV
- There shall be two parts of selection process- Written test and Interview.
- The scheme of examination shall be strictly as per the “Assam Direct Recruitment for Class-IV Analogous Posts Rules, 2022”, as amended from time to time. Further, this scheme will be published at least one week before the conduct of written test.
The shortlisted candidates will have to bring all the original testimonials i.e. Age proof Certificate, Caste Certificate (in case of reserved category candidates), Educational Qualification Certificates, Computer Proficiency Certificate (as applicable), Income and Asset Certificate for Economically Weaker Section, Disability Certificate (in case of PwD candidates) and Declaration in Form-“A” under Rule 5(I) of the Assam Public Services (Application of Small Family Norms in Direct Recruitment) Rules, 2019 as available in the website for verification at the time to be notified later on
