Agro Industries Association of Darrang (AIAD) is inviting application from suitable candidates for the Business Development Manager(BDM), Accountant and Office Assistant under World Bank financed project i.e Assam Agri Business and Rural Transformation Project (APART).

Post Details of Agro Industries Association Recruitment 2022
1. Business Development Manager(BDM)
No of Post: 01
Remuneration: Rs. 30,000/- per month ((30% hike on last drawn salary or 30,000 whichever is lower)
Educational Qualification : The candidate should be Master’s in Business Administration/ Social Works/ Social Science
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience of working with organizations of similar structure in roles related to Business Development/Marketing/Cluster Development.
Job responsibility :
- Manage overal activities of Industry Association
- Prepare strategies and plans for revenue generation of Industry Association Develop and Implement strategies for marketing
- Liaise with OPIU/PCU/Other Government agencies on behalf of IA
2. Accountant
No of Post: 01
Remuneration : Rs. 25,000/- per month (30% hike on last drawn salary or 25,000 whichever is lower)
Educational Qualification : The candidate should be B. Com background and should have working knowledge of accounting/ tally.
Experience : Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting
Job responsibility :
- Prepare budget plans for Industry Association activities
- Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly on time
- Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
- Keeping books of account and systems up to date
- Prepare utilization of funds statements for Industry Association for further submission of DICC/ OPIU
3. Office Assistant
No of Post: 01
Remuneration : Rs. 20,000/- per month (30% hike on last drawn salary or 20,000 whichever is lower)
Educational Qualification : The candidate should be Graduate degree in any discipline with working knowledge in computer
Experience : Minimum 3 years’ experience in Community Mobilization, Projects/ Cluster Development Initiatives
Job responsibility :
- Manage day to day operations of Industry Association secretariat
- Coordination with Industry Association members in close consultation with E.C members
- Documentation of Industry Association activities
- Support the Industry Association in implementation of AIDP
- Coordination of Industry Association and other government organizations for convergence
- Handholding support to members for BDS
