Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (III) of Dhemaji District against the position shown below. The engagement will be purely contractual for a period of 11 months. As the KGBVs (III) are residential, all the candidates have to reside in school or hostel campus except during the vacation, when KGBV students are allowed to go home.

1. Full Time Assistant Teacher
No of Posts: 07
Subject wise Vacancy:
- Education: 01 Post
- Chemistry: 02 Post
- Mathematics: 02 Post
- Physics: 01 Post
- Botany/Zoology: 01 Post
Fixed remuneration per month: Rs. 22,000.00 per month for TET Qualified Rs. 20,000.00 per month for Non-TET
Required Eligibility:
For TET Qualified
- Master Degree in (Education/ Chemistry/ Mathematics / Physics/ Botany/ Zoology) subject with B.Ed and Higher Secondary TET qualified.
- Preference : Experience in teaching in UP/HS/HSS level
On non availability of Higher Secondary TET qualified candidates
- Minimum educational qualification: Master Degree in (Education/ Chemistry/ Mathematics / Physics/ Botany/ Zoology) with B.Ed.
- Preference: Experience in teaching in UP/HS/HSS level.
2. Part time Assistant Teacher
No of Posts: 02
Subject wise Vacancy:
- English: 02 Post
Fixed remuneration per month: For HS TET qualified candidates Rs. 18,000.00 per month
Required Eligibility:
For TET Qualified
- Master Degree in English subject with B.Ed and Higher Secondary TET qualified.
- Preference : Experience in teaching in UP/HS/HSS level
On non availability of Higher Secondary TET qualified candidates
- Minimum educational qualification: Master Degree in (English) with B.Ed.
- Preference: Experience in teaching in UP/HS/HSS level.
3. Head Teacher
No of Posts: 02
Fixed remuneration per month: Rs. 24,000.00 per month for TET Qualified Rs. 22,000.00 per month for Non-TET
Required Eligibility:
For TET Qualified
- Master Degree in concerned subject with B.Ed and Higher Secondary TET qualified.
- Preference : Experience in teaching in UP/HS/HSS level
On non availability of Higher Secondary TET qualified candidates
- Minimum educational qualification: Master Degree in (subject) with B.Ed.
- Preference: Experience in teaching in UP/HS/HSS level.
Age: Below 45 years of age as on 1st January, 2022, Upper age relaxation will be applicable as per govt. rules.
