Post Details of Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2022

1. Generalist Officer-II

No of posts: 400 [SC:60, ST:30, OBC:108, EWS:40, UR:162]

Scale of Pay: Pay Scale-II, Rs. 48170– (1740/1)- 49910– (1990/10)– 69810.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in the aggregate of all semesters/years (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD). Passing JAIIB & CAIIB is desirable. OR A professional qualification like CA/CMA/CFA from a recognized University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.

Experience: Post Qualification Work Experience of 3 years as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank. Experience in Credit-related areas/ Branch Head/in Incharge is preferable.

Age Limit: 25- 35 years as of 31.12.2021.

2. Generalist Officer-III

No of posts: 100 [SC:15, ST:7, OBC:27, EWS:10, UR:41]

Scale of Pay: Pay Scale-III, Rs. 63840- (1990/5)– 73790– (2220/2)– 78230

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in the aggregate of all semesters/years (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD). Passing JAIIB & CAIIB is desirable. OR A professional qualification like CA/CMA/CFA from a recognized University/Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.

Experience: Post Qualification Work Experience of 5 years as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank. The candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience as Branch Manager/Head out of five years. Experience in Credit-related areas/In charge of Specialized Verticals is preferable.

Age Limit: 25- 35 years as of 31.12.2021.
