Name of Post: Office Assistant (Project Mode)

No. of Posts: 2 (Two). The number may vary depending on requirement.

Pay: Rs.19,500/- + 16% HRA

Educational Qualification: Post-Graduation in Commerce / Finance from recognized Institute / University. The candidate should have consistent good academic record in all degrees right from HSLC onwards + 2 yrs. Exp. in office management.

Experience: 2 years’ experience in Office management. Experience of noting and drafting in Central / State Govt. / PSUs / University Research Institutions or Autonomous Bodies is desirable. Conversant with Central Government rules including GFR, experience in purchase procedures and computer based data entry operations, Tally is preferable.
