ARIAS Society Recruitment 2021 – Specialist Job

Assam Rural Infrastructure and Agricultural Services (ARIAS) Society has released a notification for the recruitment of 7 Vacancy under the World Bank financed Assam Agribusiness and Rural Transformation Project (APART). The interested eligible candidates who are citizens of India as defined under the Constitution of India and fulfill the minimum required qualifications & experience in brief, and the age and the indicative remuneration etc as per the respective Terms of Reference (ToRs) provided

Post Details of ARIAS Society Recruitment 2021

1. Procurement Management Specialist (PMS)

No of posts: 5

Remuneration: Rs. 11.40 to Rs. 19.20 lakhs per annum

Educational Qualification: Master degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration) in any discipline from any Govt. recognized university/institution and trained in procurement norms of the World Bank. Candidates having Professional Diploma in Public Procurement (PDPP) or Certificate Program in Public Procurement (CPPP) from the World Bank will be preferred. Experience: The PMS must have at least 11 years experience in Procurement Management function in a leadership/ managerial capacity in any public/private sector agency responsible for managing World Bank/externally aided projects. Candidates having hands–on experience in e–procurement system of the Government may be preferred.

Age Limit: Candidate should not be more than 50 years as on 1st September, 2021

2. Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (M&ES)

No of posts: 2

Remuneration: Rs. 11.40 to Rs. 19.20 lakhs per annum

Educational Qualification: Post–Graduate in Economics/ Statistics/Engineering or any other subject from any Govt. recognized university.

Experience: M&ES must have 11 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, quantitative and qualitative analysis including 03 years of relevant experience in any externally funded project/ public sector projects at leadership position.

Age Limit: Candidate should not be more than 50 years as on 1st September, 2021
