A) Name of the Post: Statistician
Number of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 11.40 Lakhs to Rs. 19.20 Lakhs per annum
Required Eligibility: Educational Qualification: At least a Masters degree in Statistics/ Agricultural Statistics. Working Experience: At least 10 years of experience in work related to statistics in agriculture domain, preferably in relation to policy design, analysis etc Computer Skills: Sufficient Hands on experience of working with statistical applications and softwares like SPSS, STATA etc is a must. Candidates may be tested practically on these during the interview. In addition, the candidate must have proficiency in the use of internet based applications, Graphics, MS Word, MS Power Point and other related applications. Language: Fluency in English and Hindi Desirable: a) Experience of working in North Eastern Region b) Fluency in Assamese/Bengali,/Bodo and other local languages;
Age: Age of the candidate should not be more than 50 years as on 1st July, 2021.

B) Name of the Post: Sector Expert Agriculture & Horticulture
Number of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 11.40 Lakhs to Rs. 19.20 Lakhs per annum
Required Eligibility: Educational Qualification: At least a Masters in Agriculture/ Horticulture Working Experience: At least 10 years of experience in preparation of agricultural policy related documents in the Agri/Horti sector. A demonstrated ability to work with senior government officials and to clarify and explain complex policy issues in the area of Agriculture/ Horticulture in an appropriate manner. Computer Skills: Must have proficiency in the use of Internet based applications, Graphics, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications. Very strong command on financial analysis particularly of business plans, proposals etc and other business statistics tools/ softwares is essential. Language: Fluency in English and Hindi. Desirable: a) Experience of working in North Eastern Region b) Fluency in Assamese/Bengali,/Bodo and other local languages;
Age: Age of the candidate should not be more than 50 years as on 1st July, 2021.

C) Name of the Post: Sector Expert Livestock
Number of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 11.40 Lakhs to Rs. 19.20 Lakhs per annum
Required Eligibility: Educational Qualification: At least a Masters degree in Veterinary Science/ Animal Husbandry Working Experience: At least At least 10 years of experience in preparation of agricultural policy related documents in the Livestock sector. A demonstrated ability to work with senior government officials and to clarify and explain complex policy issues in the area of Livestock sector. Computer Skills: Must have proficiency in the use of Internet based applications, Graphics, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications. Language: Fluency in English and Hindi Desirable: a) Experience of working in North Eastern Region b) Fluency in Assamese/Bengali,/Bodo and other local languages;

D) Name of the Post: Sector Expert-Fisheries

Required Eligibility: Educational Qualification: Educational Qualification: At least a Masters degree in Fisheries. Working Experience: At least At least 10 years of experience in preparation of agricultural policy related documents in the Fisheries sector. A demonstrated ability to work with senior government officials and to clarify and explain complex policy issues in the area of Fisheries in an appropriate manner. Computer Skills: Must have proficiency in the use of Internet based applications, Graphics, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications. Language: Fluency in English and Hindi Desirable: a) Experience of working in North Eastern Region b) Fluency in Assamese/Bengali,/Bodo and other local languages;
Age: Age of the candidate should not be more than 50 years as on 1st July, 2021.

E) Name of the Post: Sector Expert- Agribusiness & Marketing (in Agri & allied sectors)

Salary: Rs. 11.40 Lakhs to Rs. 19.20 Lakhs per annum
Required Eligibility: Educational Qualification: At least a Masters/ PG Diploma (minimum two years duration) in Agribusiness/ Agribusiness Management/ Agricultural Marketing/ Agricultural Economics. Working Experience: At least 10 years of experience in preparation of agricultural policy related documents in the Agribusiness and Agricultural Marketing area. A demonstrated ability to work with senior government officials and to clarify and explain complex policy issues in the area of Agribusiness and Agricultural Marketing area in an appropriate manner. Computer Skills: Must have proficiency in the use of Internet based applications, Graphics, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications. Language: Fluency in English and Hindi Desirable: a) Experience of working in North Eastern Region b) Fluency in Assamese/Bengali,/Bodo and other local languages;
