Terms and Conditions:
1. The Candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India: ordinary resident of Assam.
2. The Candidate must have valid Employment Exchange Registration no. and the registration number along with date must be mentioned In their application.
3. Candidate should be well versed in State Official Language.
4. Candidates already in services should apply through proper channel.
5. The candidate must not be less than 21 years and more than 42 years of age as on the date of publication of the advertisement.
Upper age relaxation will be as per existing Govt. rules.
6. The application must be accompanied with the following:
a. Self-attested copies of all certificates/ mark-sheets from HSLC onwards and all other documents in support of age. educational and other qualification. caste etc. including valid employment exchange card.
b. Three self-attested passport size photographs (one needs to be pasted in the application and other two should be enclosed in the
application with signature of the candidate on the back side.)
7. Candidates must mention their phone number & e-mail ID in the top corner of the application form.
8. Original certificates / all other supporting documents will be verified/ scrutinized at the time of Interview.
9. The application should be addressed to The Chairman, Taluk Legal Services Committee, Rangia, Kamrup.”
10. The application should reach the office of the Taluk Legal Services Committee, Rangia on or before 31.12.2019 (05:00 P.M.) by hand or general post only (any mode of postal communication, other than General Post, will not be entertained). For submitting the application by post the postal address is The Chairman, Taluk Legal Services Committee, Rangia, Kamrup, (the SDJM (M), Rangia Court Complex) P.O. -Rangia, PIN-781354′. No application will be accepted after the last date. This Committee will not be responsible for postal delay.
11. Candidates must have to super-scribe ‘Application for the post of LDA-Cum-Typist’ on the right hand corner of the envelope containing the application.
12. Candidates already in service should apply through proper channel.
13. Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected without assigning any reason thereof.
14. The tentative date for the written examination is fixed on 11.01.2020 at Rangia. List of eligible candidates, date, time and venue of the Written Examination will be published in the official website of Kamrup District Judiciary i.e. https://districts.ecourts.gov.in/kamrup prior to the date of examination. Candidates are requested to visit the given website regularly.
15. No individual call letters will be issued to the candidates for appearing in the written test. Eligible Candidates (as published in the official notification) shall have lo appear in the written examination.
16. Candidates are required to visit the given website regularly for examination related Information.
17. No TAJDA shall be admissible to the candidates for appearing in any test.
18. Canvassing directly or indirectly shall be liable for disqualification of the candidate.
19. The decision of the Selection Committee shall be final in respect of
any dispute; if arises out of the recruitment process.

Selection Process:
I. Shortlisted Candidates shall have to appear in a written examination on the following pattern:

ii. Qualifying candidates will be called for Compute Test & Viva-Voce of 50 marks.
iii. Candidates having experience in relevant field will be given preference.
iv. Final selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in the
written examination, Computer Test & Viva-Voce.
