As per official notice states:



”GOVERNMENT OF ASSAM  EDUCATION (SECONDARY) DEPARTMENT  TET ERPOWERED COMMITTEE FOR SECONDARY

PUBLIC NOTICE

No RMSA/Special TET /842/ 2017/168                                                             Dated: 22nd November, 2019

it is for general information to all aspiring candidates in pursuance to the advertisement of Medium TET of secondary level in Assamese Bengali /Bodo /Hindi /Manipuri medium, vide Advertisement No. RMSA/Special TET/842/20171172 dated 13/11/19(forAssamese medium), RMSA/ Special TET /842/ 2017/174 dated 13/11/19(for Bengali medium) ,RMSAISpecial TET/842/2017/173 dated 13/11/19 (for Bodo medium),RMSA/Special TE T/842/2017/175 dated 13/11/19 (for Hindi medium),RMSA/Special TET/842/2017/176 dated 13/11/19 (for Minipuii medium) that the partial modifications in the eligibility criteria are to be read as:

  • The Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates under Distance Education Mode conferred by K. K. Handique State Open University, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Institute of Distance and Open Learning (IDOL) under Gauhati University and Distance Education under Dibrugarh University shall be considered at par and valid with the Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates awarded by State, Central and Private Universities duly established as per law passed by the Parliament and State Legislature and duly recognized by the University Grants Commission.
  • This is in pursuance of Govt. Notification No.ASEr238/2014/213 dated 22/11/2019.
  • Other terms and conditions/ eligibility criteria etc. will remain same as per-aforementioned . advertisement nos.
  • Date of submission of Online Application for Medium wise TET for Secondary Education is extended till 30/11/2019. Consequently online fee submission date has been extended till 4/12/2019.
