District and Sessions Judge Kamrup Amingaon Recruitment 2019 – Applications are invited in Standard Form as published in Assam Gazette in Part IX from the eligible candidates who are citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 and 8 of the Constitution of India for filling up the following posts in the office of District Legal Services Authority, Kamrup, Amingaon.

Post Details of District and Sessions Judge Kamrup Amingaon Recruitment 2019

i) Name of the Post: Upper Division Assistant (U.D.A)

No of Post: 01

Scale of Pay: 14000-49000+ Grade Pay of Rs. 7400 and other allowances admissible under the Rules.

Required Eligibility: Rendering continuous service as Lower Division Assistant for at least 5 (five) years in any Department of the Govt, of Assam.

ii) Name of the Post: Lower Division Assistant (L.D.A)

No of Post: 01

Scale of Pay: 14000-49000+ Grade Pay of Rs. 5600 and other allowances admissible under the Rules.

Required Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline from a Govt, recognized university with computer knowledge

iii) Name of the Post: Grade-IV (Peon) (Contractual)

No of Post: 01

Scale of Pay: Fixed pay as per Rules.

Required Eligibility: Class-VIII passed.

Selection Process of District and Sessions Judge Kamrup, Amingaon Recruitment 2019

For the Post of Upper Division Assistant:

• Selection will be made through Interview (Viva-Voce).

For the post of Lower Division Assistant:

• Selection will be made through Written Test. Computer Test and Interview (Viva-Voce).

For the Post Grade-IV (Peon):

• Selection will be made through Written Test and Interview (Viva-Voce).

Important Points for District and Sessions Judge Kamrup, Amingaon Recruitment 2019:

• Candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India: ordinary resident of Assam
• The Candidate must have valid Employment Exchange Registration no. (except for the post of U.D.A) and the registration number along with date must be mentioned in their application.
• Candidate should be well versed in State Official Language.
