New Exam Date and Admit Card Download for SCRTE Assam Recruitment – Guidelines for selection of candidates for different non-gazetted posts under Directorate of SCERT, Assam against advertisement in pursuance of the Govt. approval vide no. AEE.555/2018/11 dated 28-02-2019.

As the earlier date of exam was canceled due to the flood condition in more than 30 districts of Assam. Therefore, the new Exam Date was published by the Directorate of SCERT, Assam. The candidates will be able to download the Admit cards from 05th of August 2019. To download the admit cards candidates have to visit http://scertassamonline.in.
The provisional admit cards was issued to all candidates for appearing in the written test. However the candidature was cancelled if any anomalies occur at the time of verification of documents. Status of Applications were available from 3rd July 2019. Admit cards was uploaded in the portal in the 2nd week of July. Candidates was able to download their admit card using their respective Registration ID and Date of Birth as their password and get a print.

New Exam Date and Admit Card Download for SCRTE Assam Recruitment
- There will be Total 100 marks for Evaluation and Assessment of the candidates .
- The distribution of Marks will be as follows
- Written test of 75 marks
- Proficiency/ skill test of 25 marks
- The written test will be OMR based examination which will be comprised of 75 multiple choice questions (MCQ). Each MCQ will carry 1( one) mark. 0.25 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- For smooth conduct of the written test , the different posts are divided into 6(six) categories as follows

- Laboratory Assistant(DIET)
- L.D.A cum Typist (DIET)
- Stenographer (Grade-III)
- Office Assistant (BTC)
- Demonstrator (CTE)
- Library Assistant (CTE)
- L.D.A cum Typist (IASE and CTE)
Subjects and respective marks for written test: English(25), Mathematical Ability (20), Reasoning and mental ability(20), Computer and General Knowledge(10)
Group-(B)
- Technician (DIET)
- Computer Technician (CTE)
- Technician (HTTC)
- Operator (HQ)
Subjects and respective marks for written test: Computer and IT(40), English(15), Mathematical Ability(10), Reasoning and GK(10)
Group-(C)
- Graduate Instructor (BTC)
- Assistant Teacher (Normal School)
- Normal Instructor (BTC)
- Normal Instructor
- Instructor (Normal School)
Subjects and respective marks for written test: Teaching pedagogy(40),English(20), General knowledge, Reasoning and ICT(15).
Group-(D)
- Hindi Teacher (Normal School)
Subjects and respective marks for written test: Hindi literature and grammar of under graduate level(50), General knowledge and Reasoning(15), teaching pedagogy(10)
Group-(E)
- Librarian (DIET)
Subjects and respective marks for written test: Library science and information(60), English, Computer and IT(15)
Group(F )
- Work Experience Teacher
Subjects and respective marks for written test: Work experience and Skill based(50), English(15), General knowledge and reasoning(10)

Four candidates against each post will be shortlisted for proficiency/skill test and verification of documents.
