LGBRIMH Recruitment 2019 – Application on prescribed format are invited from the citizen of India for filling up the following posts by direct recruitment/deputation as specified below so as to reach by 08.04.2019. Those who have applied in response to the Advt. No.LGB/Estt/246/01/Part-III/3866 dated 25.09.2018 need not submit formal application. But they will be required to submit willingness along with updated BIO-DATA without prescribed fee. The LGB REGIONAL INSTITUTE OF MENTAL HEALTH Tezpur is going to Recruit Project Engineer, Accounts, Officer, Nursing Tutor, Social Worker, Technician, Attendant posts. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Arts/Science from a recognized University.
3. Name of the Post: Administrative Officer
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Arts/Science from a recognized University.
4. Name of the Post: Nursing Tutor
No of posts: 1 [UR]
Educational Qualification: First Class M.Sc. in Psychiatric Nursing from a recognized University /Institution or M.Sc. in Nursing with Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing or equivalent qualification.
5. Name of the Post: Psychiatric Social Worker

Educational Qualification:
- First or Second Class (55%) Master’s Degree in concerned specialty from a recognized Institution / University.
- M. Phil. in PSW (2 years Course) in concerned specialty from a recognized university /Institution.

Bachelor’s Degree in Radio-diagnosis Technology/Radiographer/X-Ray Technique from a recognized University/Institution.
7. Name of the Post: Laundry supervisor cum Boiler Attendant

Educational Qualification: Matriculate/SSLC with First Class Boiler Attendant Certificate granted by Government Board of any state or union territory. Candidates should have minimum 01 (one) year experience as in-charge with First Class Boiler Attendant Certificate of a single boiler with steam pipes of any type or capacity of two or more boilers whose total minimum heating surface is 300 square meter. Candidates should be conversant with operation of oil fired boilers and experience in maintenance of boiler independently.
Important Instructions for LGBRIMH Recruitment 2019:
- Candidates who do not fulfill requirement of advertisement need not apply
- Allowances will be as per Central Government rates as adopted by this Institute from time to time.
- Candidates working in State/Central Govt./PSU/ Autonomous Body must apply through proper channel or submit “No Objection Certificate.”
- Incomplete application or applications received after the last date will summarily rejected.
- Appointments in case of direct recruitment will be on probation for 2 (two) years.
- The application is to accompany with a Bank Draft of Rs.100/- to be drawn in favour of the Director, LGBRIMH, Tezpur and attested copies of certificate / one PP size photograph so as to reach to the Administrative Officer, LGBRIMH, Tezpur – 784001 latest by 08.04.2019 within working hours. Application received after last date will summarily be rejected.
- Application Format may be downloaded from www.lgbrimh.gov.in.
- Applicants are advised to follow Institute’s website from time to time to note down modifications, if any.
- Reservation criteria as per Central Government Rules as adopted by this Institute will apply.
- Relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable in case of SC / ST / OBC candidates as per the Central Government norms. Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) Certificate, applicable for OBC candidate,
older than a year up to the last date of receipt of application form shall not be valid. - Age will be calculated on the last day of received of application.
- Incomplete application or application received after last date will be summarily rejected.
- Canvassing in any form will be treated disqualification.
- Number of vacancy is tentative which may be increased/ decreased at the discretion of the appointing authority. The appointing authority however reserves the right to fill or not to fill any of the vacancy at his discretion.
- Mere fulfillment of minimum requirement does not entail a candidate to be called for /shortlisted for interview/written examination.
