Kaziranga University PhD Program Admission Notification 2019 – Applications are invited for admission to part time Ph.D. programs in following disciplines:
- Chemistry,
- Mathematics,
- Mechanical Engineering,
- Civil Engineering,
- Computer Science and Engineering,
- Computing Science,
- Sociology,
- Management.
Last Date: 15th March 2019
Eligibility Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Technology/ Engineering 0r equivalent, with a minimum of 60% marks OR a Master’s Degree in Science/ Humanities with o minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade point. (5% relaxation will be given for SC/ST and Specially shied candidates),
Application Procedure:
Interested and eligible candidates can apply by submitting the duly filled prescribed application form which can be downloaded from the website www.kazirangauniversity.in and submitting application fees of Rs. 2000/- in Cash / DO favoring “North Eastern Knowledge Foundation” payable at Jorhat, Assam.
The application form along with the fees & supporting documents should be submitted / sent to The Dean, Research, The Assam Kaziranga University, Koraikhowa, NH 37, Jorhat-758006, Assam.
Selection Process of Kaziranga University PhD Program Admission Notification 2019:
- Candidates will be selected an the basis of their performance in KUEST conducted by the University followed by personal interview,
- Candidates who have cleared NET-JRF/LS of CSIR-UGC/GATE/ M.Phil cleared in last 2 years in the relevant subject shall be exempted from KUEST. They will however require to appear for the Personal Interview.
