Department of Elementary Education, Assam Notice For Online Mutual Transfer 2019 

As per PUBLIC NOTICE No. SSA/TT/Online Mutual Transfer/74/2019/7037 Date: 06. 03. 2019 , In the interest of public service and to ensure quality education in the elementary level and smooth services of the working teachers optimizing job satisfaction amongst them in fair and transparent manner, the Department of Elementary Education, Assam is going to start the process of Online Mutual Transfer (both Intra and Inter district) among the Regular Assistant Teachers of Elementary Education Department (other than the districts of Sixth Schedule areas) and Contractual Assistant Teachers under SSA, Assam & State Pool Teachers (other than the districts of Sixth Schedule areas).

The process comes into force w.e.f. 15.03.2019 to 30.03.2019. The details of the process of online application are uploaded in official website https:// www.ssa.assam.gov.in. The intending working teachers of elementary schools are requested to go through the Guideline vide No. PMA.108/ 2018/80, dated. 06.03.2019 (available in official website https:// www.ssa.assam.gov.in) for eligibility criteria and other norms of the process before submission of their online application.

It is informed that the HR-MIS has been freezed up to completion of the Online Mutual Transfer Process so modification/ new entry in HR-MIS will not be allowed during online submission of application for transfer.
