FREE SKILL GAP TRAINING BY TCS AT JORHAT EMPLOYMENT EXCHANGE

Free Skill Gap Training by TCS at Jorhat Employment Exchange for Various Courses – FREE SKILL GAP TRAINING (TCS AA-Affirmative Action program) will be provided by Tata Consultancy Service (TCS) at Jorhat Employment Exchange the progam coordinated by National Career Service. The training will be start form 24th September, 2018. 

Target Group For Training:

• Graduates (BA, BSc and B. Com) with regular university/college pass-outs of the last four academic years (2015-2016-2017 and 2018) and not above 28 years of age are eligible to apply for the Skill Gap Training. 
• Candidates with higher education are not eligible for the above training.

What the training is all about:

The training focuses on enhancing and improving the confidence level of the participants and hones their communication skills in English and analytical reasoning. This 100 hours training comprises the following curriculum:

1. Communicative English
2. Corporate etiquette and soft skills
3. Resume building and Interview facing skills
4. Analytical and reasoning skills
5. Basic computer knowledge

On successful conclusion of the 100-120 hours ( 20 days) training, Certificate of completion & appreciation will be provided which will enhance the candidates’ employability in the corporate world. 

Post Training Interview:

• Based on an interview at MCC or at a designated TCS office the candidates who have successfully completed the training will be forwarded for placement. 
• The entire interview shall be devoid of all external and internal influences.
• Those who are selected will be chosen for entry level jobs at TCS across different locations in India, with NCR and Gurgaon being the most likely locations.

Preference will given to SC / ST; other students need to be from economically poor families (income of below 200,000 rupees per annum).
