Applications are Invited with complete biodata & supporting testimonials from HSLC onward for the post of Principal, Mayang Anchalik College, Rajamayang, Morigaon, Assam, PIN-782411, against regular vacancy in pursuance of DHE’s order No.: DHE/CE/AC/PERMISSION/116/ 2017/76 dated Kahilipara. the 18.09.2018 from interested candidates through proper channel having qualification, experience, norms etc. as per prescribed Government of Assam and UGC Guidelines.

Master degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) from a recognized university.
Ph.D Degree in concerned/allied relevant discipline, with evidence of published work and research guidance.
Associate Professor/Professor with total experience of 15 years of teaching/research/
administration in Universities, Colleges and other Institution of higher education.
A minimum of 160 API score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based performance, based on appraisal in appendix Ill required for direct recruitment of Principal in College as per Govt. of Assam
A relaxation of 5% marks at graduate and master degree level in both traditional and grade point system is admissible to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/ differently-able categories.
A relaxation of 5% is admissible from 55% to 50% of marks to the Ph.D. Degree holders who have obtained their master degree prior to 19th September
Upper age limit is 55 years as on the date of application as per Government notification No. AHEM 7/2013/3 dated

As per director of higher education. Govt. of Assam Notification No.:- DHE/CEUGGI Circular/136/2017/40, dated Kahilipara the 12/12/2017. the term of the office of the regular Principal shall be 5 years.

Application should be In the prescribed proforma issued by the DHE. Assam and to be sent/ submitted to the President, Governing Body in the following address within 15 (fifteen)days from the date of publication of this advertisement along with a demand draft of Rs. 3000.00 (three thousand only) drawn in favour of Principal, Mayang Anchalik College, Rajamayong, payable at State Bank of India. Rajamayong Branch. Call letter for the interview will be issued to the eligible candidates in due course of time.

No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates called for the interview.
