- Union Minister of State for Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) Dr Jitendra Singh inaugurated the ATAL (Arunachal Transformational and Aspirational Leadership) Conclave at the Dorjee Khandu State Convention Centre in Itanagar.
- Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal announced that Rima Das, director and producer of Village Rockstars, which is India’s official entry for the 2019 Oscars in the Best Foreign Language film category,. will receive another Rs 50 lakh from the Assam State government.
