WHO CAN APPLY :
- Teachers (including retired teachers);
- Retired Government Servants and Senior Citizens; (C) M.S.W Students and teachers;
- Anganwadi Workers;
- Doctors/Physicians;
- Students & Law Students (till they enrol as lawyers).
- Members of Non-Political Service Oriented NGOs and Clubs;
- Members of Women Neighbourhood Groups, Maithri Sanghams and other self help groups including marginalized and vulnerable groups.
- Educated prisoners with good behaviour serving long term sentences in prisons;
- Any other person whom the District Legal Services Authority deems fit to be identified as PLVs.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Application shall be in Standard Form of Application with Copies of necessary testimonials and two recent photographs.
2. The applicant should mention their mobile phone number and email ID in the application form.
3. The applicant shall mention in the application form separately his/her place of preference of work at ei-ther District Level/Taluk LevelNillage Level.
4. The work of PLV does not carry salary, remuneration or wage except Honorarium fixed by the concerned authorities from time to time
5. Last date of receipt of Application forms-24.07.2018. No applications will be entertained after the last date fixed.
6. The Filled up application forms are to be submitted in the
Office of the District Legal Services Authority, Tinsukia, Mediation Centre, Tinsukia District Court Complex, P.0-Borguri, 786126 in between 10 a.m to 5 p.m on working days.
