Name of the Post: Field Assistant
Number of vacancies: 4 (UR: 3, OBC/ MOBC: 1)
Required Educational Qualification: HSSLC (Science) / MSW / BHMS or equivalent with three years experience in related field from a Government institution or recognized institute or certificate of one year training in the relevant area.
Pay/salary: Remuneration of Rs. 17,000/- per month fixed under the rules and regulations as fixed by the ICMR, New Delhi.

Age Limit : Candidates’ age should in between 18 years and 38 (Thirty Eight) years as on 01/01/2018. However, the upper age limit is relaxable as per govt. rules.

How to Apply for the post of Field Assistant :
Applications in Standard Form as published in the Assam Gazette in Part-IX are to be sealed in a envelope to the office of the following address on or before 06.07.2018 during office hours:
Principal cum Chief Superintendent, Jorhat Medical College & Hospital, Kushal Konwar Path, Jorhat – 785001, Assam
The applicants should clearly mention on the top of the envelop carrying the application, “APPLICATIONS FOR THE POST OF FIELD ASSISTANT UNDER DBT SUPPORTED R&D PROJECT AT JMCH”. Applications received either by post or by hand after last date of submission shall not be accepted under any circumstances. The name of post applied for must clearly be mentioned on TOP of the envelop. Envelops which do not have the ‘name of post applied’ written on the TOP shall not be opened / entertained.
