To: The Deputy Commissioner, Cachar, Sibsagar, Nagaon, Lakhimpur, Sonitpur, Kamrup (Amingaon), Nalbari, Bongaigaon

Subject: Recruitment to Grade III posts (Junior Assistant, Lab Technician, Pharmacist, Pharmacist (Ayur), Radiographer and Dresser) under Health & F.W. Department.

         With reference to the subject mentioned above, I am directed to say that the government in health & F. W. Department has decided to fill up 423 nos of Grade III vacant posts of Junior Assistant (96 nos), Pharmacist (79 nos), Pharmacist(Ayur) (06 nos), Radiographar (59 nos) and Dresser (79 nos) in the newly created Model Hospitals and other establishments under the Directorate of Health Services, Assam through a process of written examination to be held on 24^th June 2018 (Sunday) in two sessions (One for Junior Assistant and other for technical posts). The detail Schedule of time will follow.

          The examination will be conducted in 8 (eight) Districts Headquarters (covering 3-6 districts) of Cachar, Sivasagar, Nagaon, Lakhimpur, Sonitpur, Kamrup(Amingaon), Nalbari, Bongaigaon. The zone wise allocation of candidates with district for the posts of Junior Assistant, Dresser and others (Laboratory Technician, Pharmacist, Pharmacist (Ayur), Radiographer) is enclosed as Annexure I, II and III respectively.

          The Government has constituted a selection Committee for the purpose of recruitment with Director of Health Services, Assam as the Chairman. A copy of Govt. notification No.HLA. 938/2017/112 dated 29/05/2018 is enclosed as Annexure-IV. Further there will be a zonal committee at the district level with Deputy Commissioner as the Chairman for smooth conduct of the recruitment process. The zonal committee notified by Government vide HLA 938/2017/113 dated 29/05/2018 is enclosed herewith at Anexure-V.

Government has also formulated a set of guidelines to be adopted for the selection process which is enclosed herewith at Annexure-VI.

You are requested to select and identify the examination venue against the number of allotted candidates within the zone and submit report on:

• Name of examination center.
• No of candidates to be accommodated against each examination center.

Step 2: Click on DHS Assam Written Examination Admit Card Download Link

Step 3: Insert Registration number.

Step 4: Click on Submit. 

Step 5: Please check your information carefully and take a print out of your Admit Card.
